through our websites, sign up to participate in a tournament or competition,
choose to display competitive rankings on our leaderboards, purchase any of our
products (whether online or offline) or otherwise use or purchase any of our
services or offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
This privacy policy does not
apply to information collected from job applicants, employees, or independent
contractors (collectively, “Employees”). This privacy policy also does not
apply to any information we collect from employees of other businesses such as
business email address and phone number when they are acting on their
employer’s behalf (“Business Contact Information”).
