Privacy Policy



This privacy policy describes how Critical Hit Games (“Critical Hit Games,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and processes your personal information when you reserve event rooms through our websites, sign up to participate in a tournament or competition, choose to display competitive rankings on our leaderboards, purchase any of our products (whether online or offline) or otherwise use or purchase any of our services or offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

This privacy policy does not apply to information collected from job applicants, employees, or independent contractors (collectively, “Employees”). This privacy policy also does not apply to any information we collect from employees of other businesses such as business email address and phone number when they are acting on their employer’s behalf (“Business Contact Information”).

By using our Services you agree to this privacy policy and when using our website you are also agreeing to our Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with this policy or our Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

When you use any of our Services, we may collect the following types of information for the purposes described below:

· Contact Information. We may ask you for information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We ask for this information in order to contact you about the Services you have requested from us, advertise other Services we think you may be interested in, and provide you with customer service should you need it.
· Gameplay Information: When you participate in an event in-store and/or opt to display your competitive rankings for a particular game or tournament, in-game username, ranking, progress, or other related information is displayed on a monitor in our store, and/or announced by our store’s staff.
· Payment Information. We collect information such as your debit and credit card information or bank account information or other information about your method of payment. · Social Media Information. Our websites allow you to interact with other social media platforms (e.g., Meta), and we maintain social media accounts on third party websites. Should you choose to access these platforms from our website, or the pages we maintain on those platforms, we will collect information about your social media profile such as your username or other information that you or the social media company may share with us when you access their platforms through our websites. These websites and/or platforms have separate privacy policies and/or terms that govern their collection and use of your information and you should review them carefully.
· Public Forums. Some of our Services may offer you the opportunity to participate in public forums (e.g., social media comments). When you participate in these public forums, we may collect information about your interactions with other users with us or any content you share via such public forum.
· Reviews and Feedback. When you provide us with feedback or review either through our website, via email or on any of our social media sites, we will collect and use the information you provide (such as your previous transactions with us or any communications you share with us) as needed to improve our Services.

We collect information directly from you via the Services, including in-store interactions, event registrations, and via the Internet, such as email and third-party social media platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information
In addition to the purposes described elsewhere in this privacy policy we may use your information for the following purposes:
· To Provide you with our Services. First and foremost, we use the information we collect to provide you with the Services that you request from us. Sometimes that may mean that your information is used to populate and update the leaderboard, register and confirm your booking for space at our location, or facilitate your purchase of a table game or other items.
· To Communicate with you. As stated elsewhere in this policy, from time to time we may need to communicate with you about changes to our Services, events happening at our location that may be of interest to you, updates regarding a customer service request or updates about a product you may have purchased.
· To Market our Services to you. We may also contact you to promote and market our Services, including sweepstakes and promotions, and those of our business partners. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications by following the directions provided to you in the communication or by contacting us at contact@criticalhitgames.biz.
· Advertising. We work with third-party advertising partners who use cookies and similar technologies to deliver targeted advertising that is displayed on unaffiliated websites, to measure the effectiveness of advertising on behalf of our advertising partners, and to identify the audience most likely to respond to an advertisement. Among other things, service providers may help us to administer our website, assist or support our business operations (including customer service providers, leaderboard and competition administrators), or otherwise help us provide you with our Services.
· Partners. We may offer contests, tournaments, sweepstakes, or other promotions with third party partners. If you decide to enter a contest, tournament, sweepstakes, or promotion that is sponsored by a third party partner the information that you provide will be shared with us and with them. Their use of your information is not governed by this privacy policy.
· Lawful Purposes. Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal information pursuant to a legal request such a warrant, subpoena, court orders or, in connection with other legal process or to comply with relevant laws. We may also disclose your information to establish or exercise our rights, to defend against a legal claim, to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities, suspected fraud, safety of person or property, or a violation of our policies.
